How to double your energy

Is it possible to have strength enough for everything all the time? Yes! To manage your energy is almost the same as to manage your money. Reasonable expenses maintain living. Right deposits bring good rates, and over-expenditure requires indemnity.

 Maybe it is time to raise the alarm?

 Sometimes low energy is a symptom of something more serious. Feel constant tiredness despite regular exercises, eutrophy and appropriate amount of daily sleep? It seems to be the time to attend your physician. If tiredness is accompanied by serious weight loss, constant thirst or strangury, you must do medical tests to be sure that you are not suffering from anemia, hypothyroidism, or diabetes.

 Sleep and Rest

 The most effective way of recreation has been known for a long time - it is healthy full-value sleep. Maintaining feverish social and working activity, most people get into situation of 'debt', when they borrow from their personal energy account. It's normal if you do it occasionally. But if you save time on expense of sleep regularly you will have to pay fare.

 Night sleep must last not less than eight hours, and its quality must be taken in account too. The deepest sleep is between 0 a.m. and 2 a.m. Hence, if you want to have a good night's rest, you should go to bed not later then 11 p.m.

 In case that you won't get good sleep anyway, you should know the exact limit of your strength. Some are able to attend parties 5 nights one after another and come to their office by the time of 10 a.m. everyday. Others, however, can be ruined by such kind of life rhythm. Everybody has their own energy level, as well as everybody reacts differently on stress - it depends on character or temperament type.

Extraverts believe that a night out with friends is a good way to have rest. Introverts prefer relaxing alone, noisy companies tire them, so, if you are looking forward to difficult day, save your strength and energy for it, don't waste them.

Emotions influence the level of energy. Stress and anxiety make you exhausted more then hard work. Pain, fault and anger may block your energy. It's very important to determine what exactly threatens your normal vital activity.

Being aware of the reasons of your feeling tired and weak, you'll determine what to do to get your strength back.

 Say 'no' to energy debts!

 1. Control the situation.

Don't put off solving problems. They tend to pile up to the sky, and once you won't be able to climb over that pile. It is much better to remove separate rocks from your way.
