Kind look. Stop nagging, blaming yourself and the others on nothing. Difficulties are the challenge that life throws down to us. Accepting it, we grow spiritually.
Right words. Keep yourself from swearwords, don't transfer rumours. Bad words echoes inside you, bringing depression and dissatisfaction. If you look after your lexicon for a couple of days, the state of your health will considerably improve.
Joy. The easiest way to feel joy is to bring it to somebody else. Paying compliments, even on some little things, you please not only the person who you have addressed, but you please yourself as well.
Peace. You want to have time enough to do everything? But what is really necessary? Doing too many things too intensively you become easy to lose motivation, and all your activity become mechanical. Make yourself calm down and estimate situation.
Rainbow. Make four bright cards - according to the number of spectrum colours. If you are tired, place those cards on the table and look at them for 5 minutes. If you look at a particular colour more often than at the others, then that's the colour you need now. Try to absorb its healing power.
Direction. Energy decay often testifies the loss of the right direction in life. Compose a schedule for a long period of time. It'll help you to literally jump out of bed in the morning.
Motion. Tiredness gives birth to tiredness, strength - to strength. If you feel weariness, try to wake up more quickly. All you need is to move a lot.
Friend. What an attractive perspective to find a new friend, to know closer somebody you haven't known before! If you are in your office ask a new colleague for a steppler, if you are at home knock at your neighbour's door - maybe you'll be invited to have a cup of coffee.
Sex. When your libido is sleeping remember your brightest sexual experience of your life. Don't feel guilty if it was not your present partner. Just imagine him on that very place. An extremely effective way to produce a burst of energy! |
