How to double your energy

Transformation. This exercise will help to transform negative energy into positive. Stand up, keep your back straight. Arms down. Clench your fists, hold your breath and tense your chest until you feel some sort of anger.

Then, keeping this feeling and breathing lightly, raise your elbows and join the fists, and set them against your chest. Breath in deeply, hold you breath and stand motionless for a few seconds. Now abruptly straighten the arms, unclench the fists and release all accumulated energy in a harsh cry: 'Ha!'. Let your arms down slowly, pause and repeat the exercise twice. After that have a seat and notice the changes inside yourself.
